very easy to use to find empty folders to delete once only, but when trying to delete a folder within a folder it would not delete all of the folders within that folder.

If you wish to delete empty folders not located in the top level, you have to go into each of those folders. All you need is the file extension after the first /:.jpg,.jpeg etc. If you wish to delete empty directories within folders then make sure you select the “Find in subfolders” option.
