MTrackJ is a plugin that allows you to track moving objects by marking multiple positions within an image stack (multi-thresholding, optionally) and then calculating a single, user-defined metric for each of those positions. At the end, MTrackJ computes the average of the metric values to produce a single value of the defined metric for the entire image stack.
How do I use MTrackJ?
Setting up a track consists of 2 steps:
