Design Board to Weigh New Housing, Commercial Site Plans

MARYSVILLE — The City of Marysville Design Review Board will hold its next public hearing today, November 12, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will take place in Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, located at 209 S. Main Street.

The agenda includes several new and continuing items for review:

OLD BUSINESS:

  1. Exterior Plan/Landscape Plan: An application for an exterior plan and landscape plan for a proposed Single-Family Attached development located along Milford Avenue in the Suburban Residential (SRD) zoning district with Parcel ID number of 2900191250020.
  2.  Certificate of Appropriateness in the Historic Design Review District: An application for exterior improvements located at 113 N Main Street (Bacata Tattoo) in the Uptown Commercial (UC) zoning district.
  3.  Exterior Plan/Landscape Plan: An application for an exterior plan for a proposed door replacement with a window located at 602 W 4th Street in the Village Residential (VRD) zoning district.
  4.  Certificate of Appropriateness in the Historic Design Review District: An application for exterior improvements located at 517 E 5th Street (Bless LLC) in the Uptown Transitional (UT) zoning district.
  5.  Certificate of Appropriateness in the Historic Design Review District: An application for exterior improvements located at 112 S Main Street (Second Chances) in the Uptown Commercial (UC) zoning district.

NEW BUSINESS:

  1. Certificate of Appropriateness in the Historic Design Review District: An application for exterior improvements located at 204 E 4th Street in the Uptown Commercial (UC) zoning district.
  2. Exterior Plan/Landscape Plan: An application for an exterior plan and landscape plan for a proposed vehicle sales and service development located at 620 Colemans Crossing Blvd (Acura) in the Regional Mixed Use (RMU) zoning district.
  3. Exterior Plan/Landscape Plan: An application for an exterior plan and landscape plan for a proposed residential development located off State Route 4 with Parcel ID numbers of 2800090060010, 2800090080000, 2800090120010, 2800090140020, and 2800090170000 within the Marysville North Planned Unit Development zoning district.
  4. Exterior Plan/Landscape Plan: An application for an exterior plan and landscape plan for a proposed commercial development located at the corner of State Route 736 and Fox Fire Drive in the Neighborhood Commercial (NCD) zoning district with Parcel ID number of 2900190330020.
  5. Exterior Plan/Landscape Plan: An application for an Exterior Plan and Landscape Plan for a proposed single-family attached residential development (Kirk’s Landing) located at Parcels 2900210030000,2900210030010, 2900210030030, and 2900210030040 within the Marysville East Planned Unit Development.
